Reformer Pilates

Exercises: Involves controlled, precise movement targeting core strength, flexibility, balance and muscle endurance, can be performed lying, sitting, kneeling or standing, with resistance adjusted to suit different fitness levels. 

Adaptable for beginners to advanced practitioners, with exercises ranging from gentle to highly challenging. It's used for fitness, physical therapy and athletic training. 

Mat Pilates

Exercises: Consists of a series of floor-based movements performed lying down, sitting or on all fours, target the core ( abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor)while engaging the entire body to improve strength, balance and coordination. 

Can be modified for beginners or intensified for advanced practitioners. It's widely used for general fitness, injury recovery and stress relief.
