1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website or any services offered by Fit & Flow Pilates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. SERVICES
Fit & Flow Pilates offers fitness training, group classes, personal training, and related wellness services. All programs are led by certified trainers and coaches. Participation in any program is voluntary and at your own risk.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide written consent and may only participate in designated youth programs.
4. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Sessions and classes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any class or session at any time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER
Participation in fitness programs involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, disability, or death. By participating in any Fit & Flow Pilates program, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fit & Flow Pilates, its owners, employees, trainers, coaches, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our programs are designed for individuals in good health. You should consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. Fit & Flow Pilates is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise. It is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to training.
7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Membership fees, class packages, and drop-in rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
All members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises. Fit & Flow Pilates reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership to anyone who violates our code of conduct, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to the safety of others.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Fit & Flow Pilates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit & Flow Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
